7 Day Leaky Gut Meal Plan





Leaky Gut Syndrome or Intestinal Permeability, is a key factor in many health issues, including autoimmune disorders, skin problems and food intolerances. This 7-Day Meal Plan is perfect for those who want to restore gut health by focusing on foods that heal the intestinal lining and reduces inflammation.

This meal plan includes 15 easily digestible recipes that focus on phytonutrient rich plants. Anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats and turmeric help reduce inflammation. Fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi bring good bacteria back into the gut and healing bone broth provides gelatin to sooth and support a damaged gut lining.
