7 Day Autoimmune Protocol Meal Plan
This 7-day meal plan follows the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol, developed by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, Ph.D. It is free from all inflammatory foods which can cause irritation to the digestive tract.
This plan is packed with anti-inflammatory foods that support your digestion like turmeric, dark greens and healthy fats. It is free from refined sugars and oils, grains, legumes, dairy, eggs, nightshades and food additives.
This program contains over 15 recipes which were created using foods compliant with the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol (AIP) guideline.
This Autoimmune Paleo Diet excludes all refined sugars and oils, grains, legumes, dairy, eggs, nightshades, nuts, seeds, food additives, spices and ingredients that contain extracts of these foods.
Meal plan includes:
○ A 7 day meal plan including 3 meals & 2 snacks per day;
○ Full grocery list (food types, quantities), separated for each 7-day menu;
○ Color photos;
○ List of AIP friendly foods (proteins, veggies, fruits, oils, starches, flavorings & condiments).
